100 Partner High Five Situps
I go, you go…
Then complete:
10 Rounds

10 Barbell Lunges
10 Lateral Box Jumps
*Situps – you can split these up between however you wish. From there, you need to complete 10 rounds (5 rounds each) of the Lunges ( hold the barbell anyway you like) and Box Jumps. While one partner performs one round (20 reps), the other partner is resting. We are giving the shoulders a rest today after the week you have had!
