1 Strict C2B Pull-up /2 Ring Rows
*Make every set of ring rows harder by stepping forward.

Minute: 30 Double Unders/8 x (1 Single+1 Single High Jump+1 Single+1 Double Under)
2nd Minute: 10 Ring Dips (Scale to Box Dips/ Scale Number of reps)
3rd Minute: 3 Front Squats BW/0.75BW (Scale to 0.75BW/0.5BW or less)
*Double Unders scaling is for those who need to learn double unders, no scaling for those who can do doubles but can’t streak them together… You may scale number of reps if 30 is too much. This workout is meant to get you better at Double Unders!
