Spend the class working to strengthen the chest and back, complete the following work, not for time.
First…
4×5 Bench Press*
4×10 Strict/Weighted Pull-Ups
Then…
4×4 Deadlift*
4×10 Strict/ Weighted Dips
*Pick a challenging weight on Bench Press and Deadlift. Weight should be heavy enough to require 1-3 minute rest intervals between sets.
