Working on STRICT Pull-Ups. If you are using bands, the goal is to get 3 x 10 reps. If you are able to get 3 x 10 reps, scale to a lesser resistance band. If you are able to get 3 x 15 reps without bands, move onto weighted Pull-Ups.
